Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA)

The IMA is monitoring Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) and its enforcement from February 2026, particularly how citizens who hold EUSS status or have a pending EUSS application, or subject to administrative review or appeal, may be impacted when travelling to the UK. We are considering information provided by the Home Office to inform our next steps.
