EUSS: Automation and reverting SS to PSS

The Home Office is granting settled status to eligible pre settled status holders who qualify via an automated process. The IMA is aware of reports that some citizens, who have already had a successful application for Settled Status, are being included in the automation process and having that status changed to pre-Settled status on their UKVI accounts.  

The IMA is actively considering the implementation of this process and the reports that some citizens are experiencing issues with their status as a result.  

The IMA is engaging with the Home Office in relation to this matter.
