Complaints data
The IMA receives complaints as part of our duty to monitor and promote the implementation and application of the Citizens’ Rights parts of the Withdrawal and Separation Agreements.
We publish all of our complaints data including the types of complaints and the rights affected, the public bodies involved, and the nationalities of those who registered to complain.
Complaints and other intelligence contribute to the work and actions we take to ensure the rights of EU and EEA EFTA citizens living in the UK and Gibraltar are properly implemented and upheld.
