Complaints portal upgrade

What is changing?

From 1 November 2025, we will launch a refreshed complaint registration portal. The redesign shortens the form and guides new users step-by-step, making registration quicker and clearer.

Do I need to do anything?

  • Yes — re-register once the new portal opens
    If you created an account before 1 November 2025, you must complete a new one-time registration
  • Your existing complaints and data remain safe
    They will appear automatically in your dashboard once you have re-registered

Transition period

From 1 November 2025 – 31 January 2026, you can access the complaints portal trough either the legacy login or the upgraded portal.

From 1 February 2026, you will be able to access the complaints portal through the upgraded portal only.
