EUSS Curtailment

The IMA is aware the Home Office is planning to commence curtailing the pre settled status of citizens who cease to meet the requirements due to time spent outside the UK. We are actively monitoring the implementation of curtailment to ensure that citizens who have met the ongoing residency conditions are able retain their status to access their rights under the Agreements.  The IMA continue to engage with the Home Office as this Policy develops.
