EUSS: Incorrect UKVI Account Data
The IMA is aware that citizens are reporting instances where their personal data contained within UKVI accounts are becoming “entangled” with personal data of others. There are concerns this can disrupt a citizen’s ability to prove their status when required and therefore access their rights under the Agreements.
We are considering information provided by the Home Office in relation to these issues.
