EUSS- Rights of travel for holders of a Certificate of Application (COA) when an EUSS application is pending or subject to administrative review or appeal

The IMA is engaging with the  Home Office to understand how visa national CoA holders are able to travel in and out of the UK while waiting for the outcome of their EUSS application if they have an expired family permit. We have published information here.
