The IMA has received information and complaints about technical issues with the EUSS View and Prove service, for example, outages, incorrect status, as well as difficulties in accessing help to resolve any technical issues. These technical issues may limit citizens’ ability to access their proof of status. We are considering information provided by the Home Office in relation to these issues.
