Expiry of EUSS status (where status granted in error) and lack of appeal rights

The IMA is concerned that the Home Office is allowing status to expire, in circumstances where it considers that status was granted in error, and that there is no automatic right of appeal against expiry decisions in these circumstances.  

We are seeking clarification from the Home Office on how “inerror” cases will be identified, processed, and communicated to affected individuals before considering our next steps.
