The Education (Fees) (Scotland) Regulations 2022

The IMA is liaising with the Scottish Government to agree changes to the Education (Fees) (Scotland) Regulations 2022 to ensure that citizens with Pre-Settled Status who have less than 3 years UK residency are able to be treated as home fee students.
