The IMA is currently considering the impact that the domestic immigration routes, Migrant Victims of Domestic Abuse (MVDAC) and Appendix Victim of Domestic Abuse to the Immigration Rules (Appendix VDA), has on a citizen with Withdrawal Agreement rights (WA), who has been awarded EU Settlement Scheme (EUSS) Pre Settled Status (PSS) as a family member, and that relationship subsequently ends due to domestic abuse, and they apply to either of the outlined domestic routes.
