The IMA, established on 31 December 2020, is an independent body and is governed by an independent board.

We are a UK-wide body dedicated to promoting and monitoring the implementation and application of the citizens’ rights parts of the Withdrawal Agreement and the EEA EFTA Separation Agreement.

The IMA offers

25 days annual leave on entry, increasing on a sliding scale to 30 days after 5 years of service. This is in addition to 8 public holidays, complimented by one privilege day entitlement.
- A full time working week is 37 hours. If your circumstances change you can submit a flexible working request to change your working hours.
- Informal hybrid working arrangements with a mix of office and home working (around 40% of contractual hours)
- Flexible working including flexi-time
